Basic human problem (Part I)

When I was young, my teacher told me that human or animal need only 4 things to survive:

But human always have more complicated than what my teacher said. Actually can categorize the human need in 8 category

  1. Physical needs (Physical). Needs related to physical safety and security threats. Including protection against aggression against life and property. And protection of environments of hot weather so cold, if not the correct response to these needs. Will result in physical injury or illness, death.
  2. The ergonomic needs. (Hysiological). The human body needs the proper nutrients and sufficient When the body needs to repair the injury. Normally the human body has the ability to repair the wear and tear very well. (Particularly during adolescence), in addition to the nutrients are adequate. There is a need of medical care when needed as well. If you are not responding to the needs of these people have a strong body of work is below standard. And vulnerable people may fall ill or have died.
  3. Psychological needs. (Psychological). Mind what they want to protect. And appropriate to the environment and feel safe. The mind is like a body that may be threatened by physical attacks. Change reaction…

It ‘s not wrong not for my title the thing that I would like to share with you today is about change.  In term of [[PMI]] project management change is a part of risk management but in [[ITIL]], change is the most important because Information Technology services manager alway got movement not just because of risk or internal or external factor.

Why Change?
To ensure that standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all changes to controlled IT infrastructure, in order to minimize the number and impact of any related.

What’s I learn?


  1. Stakeholder don’t care what you need to do in order to archive their requirement then as your are [[PM]] or [[ITSM]] you have to plan your own change.
  2. Stakeholder don’t care as long as change is not effect them.
  3. 10 small change is easy to manage than 1 big change, what’s I always did is try to slim down my change but do it more organize often.

What’s the meaning of more organize often?

  • Plan to put over all action together .
  • Do every action in small size of effect to stakeholder.
  • Act all action continuously  but may not in the same time or same day, if same stakeholder will nice.
  • Check every foot step of your action and update it  all to your plan.
  • Redo everything in cycle again, until your change has been done.

When I practices like this my change not really have any problem but every change is a problem that have its own characteristics  for you to learn. It’s depend what you try to put it in which position.

What are the major elements of any profession?

  • Philosophy:  Professions have their own philosophy, which must be articulated in both written and oral form.
  • Body of Knowledge: Professions must have a body of professional literature of research, study and comment.
  • Leaders or Philosophers : Professions have, both historically and currently, those who write about and research the profession. Leaders can be writers, doers, role models and those active in service.

  • Admission Requirements: Professionals in many professions are licensed, certified, and have specific initial and advanced education, as well as requirements for ongoing education. In addition, many professions require both initial and ongoing testing for admission and maintaining membership.

Many professions require support and/or professional development opportunities outside the work environment such as associations or professional organizations.

My answer after read this article this guys have some personal problem but can’t control it and he is not professions enough. I was fall in the same situation if you know, I was use more reason even it not really profession but it is pass with out any effect to people.
